Final Digi Pack

Here is our final digi pack, due to feedback we have changed it again, we have decided to do the title on top to make it stand out more, also we wanted to make the CD out more so we put a bright background behind and added the CD grey so it wasnt so boring. We also added kisses throughout it so it looked more linked to our video. Also to create more of a link we added lyrics from the song onto one of the photos.

TOP LEFT - Here is one of our photos from the glitter shoot. We chose a mid shot as it showed off the clothing and the make up. We decided to use glitter on the face and the top to make a link. We also chose red lips to link to our music video. We edited this photo Fotor, blending the background it to try to loose some of the shadows and also blending the skin to give it more or a flawless complection. We chose to include the lyrics over the top as we have seen this done in a lot of our research and also it links the whole digi pack together more.

TOP MIDDLE - Here is out CD, we chose to use a grey CD so it would blend in more with the dark backgrounds next to and beneath it, we chose a gold and black ground so that it would link with the gold glitter on the pictures around it. We added separate kisses into the shape of kisses, so that we could link it to our icon of lips from the video.

TOP RIGHT - Here is our long shot of georgia laying down, we chose to use a long shot to show of more mixture of shots. It also allowed us to show off more of the mise-en-scene, including the flowers in the hair and the contrasting black dress against the white background. We edited this by altering the contrast so the black and white can stand out against each other more and also blended this skin more to cause a better complection.

BOTTOM LEFT - Here we have used a close-up, again to mix up the shot types up. This also shows the glitter off well that we have used linking it to the photo above. To edit this photo we made the background darker, shaded in the eyebrows and smoothed the face, to give a more smooth complection.

BOTTOM MIDDLE - This photo we have decided to not include the face, as we  knew we had a lot of writing to include we didn't want to overpower the photo. We chose to include the chest so that you could see the kisses we had included. We edited the background darker to make the kisses stand out more. We smoothed the skin and removed blemishes so that it wouldn't distract away from the kisses. We also edited the kisses brighter so that it would stand out more.

BOTTOM RIGHT - This photo is lighter than the other as when editing we chose to do it lighter so that we could use the shadow and also so that it would be opposite to the back which is very dark, we also wanted to use kisses on the front too so that they matched. We also coloured in the kisses on this page so that they would stand out more.

Comparing our video

Behind the scenes video

Here you can see behind the scenes and some of the shots we didn't use. We did this to show our fans as its a teaser into whats going on to keep them more intrested in our star, we also saw this in alot of our research. Taylor swift is used behind the scenes to engage her fans alot.

Behind the scenes photos

Here are our behind the scenes photos from the digi pac, they show how we created the make-up on the stars face using glitter, and also how during shooting we had to continue to add to this and as we had decided to do laying down shots we had to keep re doing the hair to make sure it hadn't fallen out. Also in these photos you can see how we added glitter to the flowers we bought so that we added more of the glitter feel to ensure the photos linked.

Production Diary Week 29

This week we added the title onto the video, we was now happy with all our shots and editing and felt it was finally finished.

We now began using WIX to start our website, this week we decided on colour schemes and pages.
We decided to use bright colours like our video, therefore we used purples, blues and pinks. For pages we also decided we wanted a opening page, a home page, a tour page, a galley, a about me page and finally a shop. We based these pages on the previous websites we have looked at before.

Fifth Draft

For this draft we just added the title of the song onto it so that it could look as professional as possible.

Production Diary week 28

This week we continued you to edit. We added in more narrative shots, this time of her getting ready, as we felt that the narrative didn't flow aswell before. This has given the video much more flow to it and as the narrative continues we feel it will engage the views alot more as they will want to see how it unfolds.

Fourth Draft

In this draft we have added more lip sycning shots so that we can show variety and also added in getting ready shots to continue the narrative of more flow of her walking somewhere then getting ready to go out. We added the colour again onto these shots to reflect the happiness.

Production Diary week 27

This week we experimented alot with editing, using black and white and adding colour. To let the editing reflect the song. So we used black and white for the begining when she is hating on her boyfriend and then colour to show when she is happy and over him. We also used over lay so that the shots looked more interesting.

Third Draft

Here we have added in our all our new narrative shots which we feel really flow well. We also experimented more with editing. Firstly adding black and white over the beggining to show her upset stages, we then added more colour over the begging shots so that they showed more of a contrast. We also put shots of lips over the top of the lip syncing shots for lips to flow more and to make it look more exciting.

Production Diary Week 26

This week we carried on editing our video, we have added more lip syncing now we have got the hang of adding it in by keeping the sound on from where we played the music in the background so we know what words we was dealing with. We added more narrative in but we didn't like it because it didn't look natural.

Second draft

Here is our second draft,we experimented alot more the narrative, to ensure that we didn't want to use the stuff where the narrative is looking at the camera. We found as we added more, that it didn't just look confusing but also awkward and not very natural. We did add more lip syncing in though and we found the shots of london worked really well but we're slightly long and became boring.
